The 2027 Australian Hand Cane Cutting Championships will take place on Saturday 29 May 2027 at the Home Hill Showgrounds. Nominations for the 2027 Australian Hand Cane Cutting Championships will open in early April 2027. Competitors can compete in the following categories:

• Under 35 Years
• 35-55 Years
• 55 Years and Over
• Ladies Cup
• Ladies Novice
• Corporate Challenge (4-person team)
• Cut, Top and Load Relay (4-person team)

Competitor numbers are strictly limited, with a maximum of 8 competitors in the Individual Competitions, 3 teams in the Corporate Challenge and 4 teams in the Cut, Top and Load Relay. To secure your chance to compete for the title, nominations must be submitted online. Nominations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once the maximum number of competitors or teams has been reached for a competition, further nominations will be placed on a waiting list or declined.

Registrations will be completed online through TryBooking. As part of the registration process, competitors will be required to provide their details and pay the applicable entry fee. The Canefield Cook Off will take place on Saturday 29 May 2027 at the Australian Hand Cane Cutting Championships at the Home Hill Showgrounds.
